Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Assistant Project

Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for

supporting the planning execution and management of research projects ensuring

they are completed to the highest standards and meet client objectives.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for project lifecycle from initiation to completion ensuring all

aspects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand

their needs and expectations and ensure project alignment.

Oversee various tasks including reviewing questionnaires testing links

allocating resources conducting kickoff calls with clients and setting up

studies using internal and external tools.

Regularly monitor the quality and progress of each project addressing any

issues that may arise to maintain project integrity and outcomes.

Actively participate in team meetings fostering open communication and

sharing updates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Ensure projects are completed within set timelines and budget constraints

employing proactive measures to mitigate delays or challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field.

06 months of experience in project management research analysis or related

field.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
