- Assisting the Planning Manager in developing and executing project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conducting research and analysis related to real estate development projects, including market trends, zoning regulations, and environmental impacts.
- Assisting with the preparation of feasibility studies, due diligence reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Reviewing architectural drawings, design plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation for internal and client review. Supporting the coordination of meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes relevant to real estate development. Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and methodologies within the PDS team.
