Existing relationships with Universities / Colleges ( Within India or Abroad)

The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)
Min 7 years of experience in Counselling in overseas education.
Indepth knowledge of at least 2 countries ( USA / UK / Canada)
Sound Understanding of various courses admissions process Visa process and career options across various disciplines
Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles and amp; preferences
45 years of experience in leading a team of counselors
Experience in working with CRMs ( such as Zoho Salesforce etc..) is desirable.
Excellent in written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
Previous Stakeholder Management Experience (Good to have and will be preferred)
Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
Expertise in time management analytical and organizational skills along with prior experience in Team Management Good to Have
Experience of owning a P and amp;L of a Branch / Team
Experience in working with external partners or Subagents
Experience in conducting webinars / Road Shows / Seminars Everyone at Leap is entrepreneurial moves fast and operates with extreme ownership. There is minimal management and extreme autonomy.
