Job Description

- Attend training on assessment strategies
- Ensure familiarization with relevant MHPSS screening and assessment measures
- Ensure familiarization with risk management procedures and referral pathways
- Understand and uphold confidentiality of participants involved in the project
- Carefully plan and allocate screening locations for each assessor to avoid duplication of assessment
- Support staff to gain familiarity with tablet-based data collection, ensuring safe storage and accurate data entry
- Ensure all assessors adhere to confidentiality and other core ethical principles pertinent to the completion of assessments and data collection for research purposes
- Ensure assessors receive fully informed consent from beneficiaries to participate in the research project
- Support assessors in sourcing and securing confidential locations for assessment completion and coordinate sharing of assessment space amongst assessors
- Support the MHPSS Officer in the randomization process of research participants and ensure assessors remain blind to assigned treatment condition
