- Leading and designing assessment and/or evaluation methodology, including evidence reviews, qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Professional competence in the use of behavioral/social science research methods, both quantitative and qualitative, and their application to performance and impact evaluations.Implementing and coordinating surveys, key informant interviews, focus group discussions, observations, and other assessment methods that assure reliability and validity.
- Conducting secondary analysis of existing quantitative datasets.Reviewing, interpreting, and reanalyzing as needed existing data pertinent to the evaluation.
