Job Summary:
I am looking for experienced staff who can write EHCPs following requests for assessments update EHCPs following Annual Review meetings meet parents and schools and chair coproduction meetings.
Essential Experience Required:
Staff for the 1 13 team and also the Post 14 team. The latter must have experience of the available pathways for Post 14 young people with additional needs.
Additional information to note:
36 hours per week.
09:00am 17:30pm
The closing date for this position is 22/03/2024
