MAJOR ACTIVITIES
1
New Business Leads
To Identify the Business Opportunities and evaluate them and convert prospects into customers. Visit trade markets/ Retailers and appoint new dealers retailers for more market penetration. To expand Business by connecting with more dealers and expanding market reach by ropingin more retailers

Achieve the Sales Target for the Designated Area.
To achieve the sales targets monthly quarterly and annually set by management.

Product Awareness :
To launch new products by conducting retailers / plumbers meetings and to bring awareness about product properties advantages and Applications / usage. To conduct Channel Partners (Stockiest Retailers) meet for motivating briefing & educating And increasing awareness on product schemes and application procedures

Sales Promotions.
To Manage Sales promotion activities i.e. all ATL and BTL activities. To design and implement sales promo schemes at branch level by monitoring sales and marketing activities. Ensuring implementation of effective strategies to maximize sales and revenues. Communicating various promotional scheme to the dealer & motivating them to achieve planned target

Relationship Management :
Maintain relationship with clients channel partners dealers by providing support information and guidance.
Providing new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements to Partners.

Budgeting and Managing Sales
Designing external and internal communication strategies managing the channel pricing strategy and developing the Channel Annual Operating Financial Plan for better results and organizational growth.
7
MIS Maintenance
Building and maintaining a database for all segments. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals through dealers/retailers. Collecting data in given formats & updating the same to their Reporting head.
