Area Manager (m/f/x) - Milan, Italy

Your Tasks

• You will be responsible for managing our current partners in the Italian market and for developing new strategic partnerships
• You are defining and implementing new business strategies and processes on the basis of DrSmile s strategy and positioning
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of relevant business activities that will help achieve your team s goals
• With an eye on the continuous improvement of customer experience, you will work autonomously and cross-functionally with different departments
• You will be a servant leader and a motivator for our Italian partners
• You will strive for process standardization for our dentist partners

Your Skills

• Academic studies in a relevant field (marketing, business administration or similar)
• Relevant years of experience in a similar role of high responsibility (ideally within the event, trade, store, marketing, fashion or lifestyle industry)
• Excellent organization, communication and project management skills
• Strong goal-orientation, problem-solving attitude, attention to details and organisation talent
• Experience within the medical field is a strong plus
• Fluent in Italian and English
