- Assist Senior Project Manager in all operations related to the project implementation with special focus managing CBO sub grants.
- Coordinate with partner CBOs on establishing community hubs for youth through building HR, Procurement, SOPs and financial systems.
- Oversee community outreach, and recruiting Youth through sub-grant agreement.
- Responsible for recruiting, mobilizing and training community personnel who will provide psycho-social and self-expression activities and mentorship for young adults.
- Responsible for ensuring proper recruitment process for CBO staff who will provide technical support and build MC field team capacities during the implementation of the project.
