We are seeking an experienced Web3 Business Development Specialist to join our marketing team.

Socrates is a global web3 social media and entertainment platform based on the Polygon blockchain, where users earn rewards by participating in multiple-choice Q&As, debating and sharing knowledge. We've combined the best of Social-Fi and Game-Fi to explore how technology can reshape the world and offer new ways of collective thinking. We're big proponents of the values of web3, blockchain and cryptocurrencies and want to utilise the benefits of these technologies to contribute to the exploration of new kinds of civilisation for humanity and to change the world.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies. Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and
- Influencers. Analyze potential partners based on their audience demographics, reach, engagement and alignment with
- our product. Initiate contact and negotiate terms of partnerships. Collaborate with partners to devise content, messaging, and promotional activities.
- Identify groups, communities, and projects and execute collaborative activations to drive user acquisition.
- Track key performance metrics including user acquisition costs, new registered users, conversion to paid users, and influencer metrics such as reach and engagement.
- Monitor trends and competitors, turning insights into new business development strategies and opportunities.
- Attend and/or organize user acquisition activations at conferences, events, and community meetups

What Are We Looking For?
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Business Development experience in European market
- Crypto / blockchain industry knowledge and/or experience is a MUST
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills is a MUST
- Solid network with KOLs/communities/business partners in the European market
