- Preparing an integrated supervision plan.
- Commitment to the common educational vision of the Academy, and focus on achieving high quality learning outcomes for all students in the Arabic language.
- Creating the educational environment and solving problems, if any.
- Holding meetings and transferring experiences between teachers.
- Participate with the head of the department by expressing an opinion on the distribution of teachers to departments and curricula.
- Participate in recruiting teachers with high standards and managing them in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
- Identification of training needs.
