- Assist with development and deployment of new technologies that are both functional and appropriate
- Assist with system analysis and design
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to coordinate application integration
- Maintain application documentation and help support product evolution by coordinating with internal teams
- Participate in training of technical and non-technical personnel, including active mentoring of junior staff members
- Continue to learn new technologies and innovative solutions to current challenges
- Oversee quality assurance of software, applications, and systems
- Perform other duties and tasks as needed
