- Ensure that solutions meet corporate objectives, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify and resolve business requirements issues
- Responsible for meeting the applications management lifecycle requirements including (define, design, build and test, deployment, operation, and optimization)Lead the effort for having the applications policies, procedures, SLAs, guidelines and plans defined and implemented
- Assist in the creation of long-term strategic goals for achieving and maintaining high data quality in conjunction with business systems users
- Governance supplier relationships and establish service level agreements with business systems-users to provide and acceptable level of service.
