Applications Engineering Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Work with customers as a world leader in electronic design automation solutions, providing services for the world's largest electronics and semiconductor companies.
• As an Applications Engineer, you will contribute to our success by assisting in the sales and deployment of Siemens EDA Virtual Systems products as well as by increasing customer satisfaction and productivity both on-site and remotely.
• Responsibilities include the following: Drive business for Siemens EDA using hands-on technical expertise.
• Requires working directly with customers during product evaluations to ensure technical milestones are met.
• Will work on different simulation / emulation tools and platforms (Questa, Vista, Veloce Starto, Veloce Primo, Amesim, TASS PreScan, VSTAR, Matlab, VECTOR Cannoe, CARLA,)
• Will require Integrating Software and Hardware components and testing it at different levels of abstractions as per different customer use cases.
• Requires working closely with R&D and marketing organizations to make sure good understanding of different customer use cases, product operation and features, product future needs,etc.
