- Prepare food and beverage applications presenting Mane flavors solutions.
- Ensure collection submission as first option.
- Work on collection building by identifying gaps/opportunities for the markets.
- Develop food/beverage formulations based on specific requirements.
- Select/evaluate the right flavor solution in compliance with special requirements.
- Understand the commercial needs of the brief/value and price criteria.
- Act as technical contact person for certain clients/categories.
- Develop Product concepts, promotions and presentations for customers.
- Work in a close collaboration with ACM's, categories (flavorist and marketing).
- Manage various administrative tasks related to projects /keep record on lab work and results.
