• Animation Development: Craft compelling animations that effectively communicate the nuances of the interview preparation process and the unique value proposition of Munsow Technologies.
• Storyboarding and Conceptualization: Collaborate with the content team to develop storyboards and transform complex concepts into engaging visual stories.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work in tandem with our tech and design teams to ensure seamless integration of animations into our platforms and marketing materials.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality ensuring that all animations are in line with Munsow Technologies brand and educational objectives.
• Innovation: Keep abreast of the latest trends in animation and elearning to continuously enhance the visual and educational experience offered to our users.

1. Educational Background: Degree in Animation Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field coupled with a strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills. (Self Learners or Youtube learners are also welcome to apply)
2. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in animation software such as Adobe After Effects Cinema 4D Maya or similar tools.
3. Creativity and Artistic Vision: Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for detail color and composition.
4. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent ability to understand and visualize complex concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
5. Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines.
