Experience: Over 4 years of experience in employees administration, evaluation processes and budget construction.
Knowledge: Managing compensation system, updated knowledge in laws related to labor administration
Skills: Microsoft Excel Advanced
Responsibilities:
Managing the Employee Evaluation proceses for direct and indirect employees, coordinate the correct application of the HR System policies, Head Count control and administration, Benchmark surveys application, Labor Cost Calculation, Benefits Analisys and improvement.
