Job Description

▪ Fully understand the activity underassessment, in order to identify the execution plan of the assessment. ▪ Gather the required details and extract the needed data.

▪ Calculate the impact of the activity underassessment on different revenue drivers like acquisitions, churn, ARPU, costs and margin. And to compare the results with another benchmark (like different period or different market).

▪ Correlate direct and indirect factors affecting the impact of the launch, such as market changes, prices, commission, channels and communication

▪ To compare the outcome of the analysis with the original business case that was done before launch to link and view the results vs previous expectations.

▪ Analysis to cover launched items on prepaid GSM, Postpaid GSM, MBB Postpaid, MBB prepaid and Fiber.
