AMZL Operations Supervisor

• Maintain comprehensive technical knowledge to address and resolve transaction issues, providing necessary corrections as needed.
• Oversee daily work activities, effectively communicating with the supervisor about progress and any concerns.
• Monitor data entry operations to ensure adherence to specified timeframes.
• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with staff members.
• Conduct quality assessments on various processes performed by associates.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure alignment with team objectives and goals.
• Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives to enhance team performance.
• Possess a thorough understanding of workflow and daily production targets.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as necessary to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing teams
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/logistics or related field
• Experience with data analysis
• Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season
