We are an AIbased platform for sustainable consumer goods and have already launched more than 250 products in 11 countries in the Home & Garden Petcare and Beauty & Wellness categories. VIVERE is fully vertically integrated with its own R&D product development design production marketing and digital sales. We sell B2C through our own eshops and online marketplaces as well as B2B as an endtoend incubator to leading companies and influencers worldwide.

For our Hamburg office and/or remote we are looking for an Amazon Account Manager Spain (f/m/x).

Tasks

  • You are responsible for the management of our product catalogue for the Spanish market on Amazon marketplace.
  • You manage the entire marketplace as core contact partner for any inbound traffic for Spain i.e. customer engagements and case developments with Amazon.
  • You take a datadriven approach to create & continuously improve product listings in your native language to drive page views conversion and other key KPIs.
  • You manage the translation creation and supervision of performance marketing sheets.
  • You develop & optimize PPC Campaigns on Amazon in order to maximize the listings performance whilst keeping a tight rein on the ACoS and profit margin targets.
  • You monitor analyse & supervise the performance of the entire product catalogue for your designated marketplace and proactively deliver data based insights and solutions to ensure each product in the portfolio reaches its full potential.
  • You may develop sales strategies across other ECommerce platforms in addition to Amazon.

Requirements

  • You have 12 years of experience with eCommerce platforms specifically Amazon.
  • You have a passion for eCommerce and market research and you apply a datadriven approach to understanding the landscape of a specific market eg: conducting competitor analysis identifying gaps in the market to fill.
  • You have a robust understanding as well as handson experience developing SEO & SEM strategies.
  • You have experience working with category optimization tools such as Helium 10 AMALYZE Keepa etc and a good handle on MS Excel and HTML.
  • You are analytically minded and you leave no stones unturned when it comes to making sense of the data and driving insights from it.
  • You are handson solutions focused and team oriented.
  • Spanish is your mother tongue and you are business fluent in English.
