Airport Meet and Greet Agent

Location: FARO airport

Schedule: Thursday to Monday from10:30 to 14:30.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring an impeccable customer service;
• Receiving and greeting customers at the designated meeting point at the airport;
  
• Responding to inquiries and resolving any customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner;
  
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service;
• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English;
• Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integritydriven personality;
• Excellent customer service skills along with attention to detail;
• Strong communication time management and teamwork skills.
