WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

The Territory Manager is the subject matter expert and will execute a customer-focused, consultative sales approach for the comprehensive product portfolio in the hospital and critical care areas.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for new and existing accounts.
  • In-person facility visits to build relationships with the key stakeholders in all departments.
  • Participate in various marketing activities, including sharing market intelligence and attending conferences.
  • Other administrative tasks that nobody likes doing but must be completed.


Requirements

WHAT YOU OFFER

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • A university degree is preferred, but other post-secondary education programs with relevant work experience will be considered.


WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Medical device sales experience would be ideal
  • Clinicians with an outgoing personality and entrepreneurial spirit are also invited to apply.


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
  • Proven ability to "hunt" and close sales opportunities while managing existing accounts.
  • Self-motivated and competitive.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.


OTHER
  • Must reside in the GTA.
  • Valid drivers license and insured vehicle.
  • The majority of time will be spent in the hospitals when not travelling.
