AI ML Engineer

1. You can prioritize ML Data Science and Machine Learning product roadmaps for the respective businesses based on OKRs and priorities
2. You have experience leading a team of backend developers and/or ML engineers coaching best practices and architecting solutions.
3. You have extensive development experience in Python/Java including the development of microservices using e. g. Flask Django etc.
4. You have experience in building data solutions both batch processes and streaming applications.
5. You are familiar with eventdriven designs specifically you have worked with Kafka Pulsar etc. before.
6. You have a highlevel understanding of bigdata technologies such as Spark SparkML Hadoop etc. Strong knowledge of Cloud (AWS or other)
7. You have worked with feature stores ML Observability and automated MLOps systems.
8. You re organized pragmatic and capable of engaging guiding and leading crossfunctional teams or managing largescale enterprise products.
9. You have technical knowledge and experience and have strong empathy for the developer audience.
10. You re a selfstarter who can work comfortably in a fastmoving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch with minimal guidance.
11. You have significant experience working with varied stakeholders.
12. You have good technical knowledge in SQL strong in Python programming.
13. You have high development standards especially for code quality code reviews unit testing continuous integration and deployment.
14. You have a good understanding on how performance optimization works in the endtoend data pipeline including ML/DS inferencing.
15. You have excellent leadership skills you have managed a team of data scientists before and coached them to become better versions of themselves.
