- Identify areas/projects that require Agile coaching to improve outcomes.
- Facilitate the creation and delivery of workshops to train and support Agile methods at all levels of the organization with a particular focus on frequent delivery and feedback loops.
- Understand the current Orange Jordan landscape and proactively work to embed an Agile culture across all levels of the organization with regularly measuring uptake of this culture within the projects and the global organization.
- Provide mentorship to individuals and key role holders – including Scrum Masters and Product Owners. This may include acting as the Scrum Master / Product owner for small projects outside the digital transformation scope.
- Implement, coordinate, support and coach on the following:
- Agile ceremonies and meetings (poker planning or equivalent, …).
- Driving improvement within the production and management of product backlogs.
- Scrum delivery.
- Product ownership.
- Application and use of Agile tools, mainly Jira – Confluence and Gitlab / Bitbucket for Development teams.
