In your role you will:

• Develop and deliver innovative engaging lesson plans that go beyond traditional teaching methods.
  
• Create and curate multimedia content to make learning an African language and exploring its culture an unforgettable experience.
  
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet specific learner goals such as preparing tourists for travel or introducing learners to unique cultural aspects like music movies or spirituality while connecting families and diving deep into African literal appreciation.
  
• Use the Speakede platform to connect with learners fostering a dynamic learning environment that encourages cultural exchange and language practice.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of at least one African language and cultural insights.
  
• Expertise in creating captivating educational content (videos articles social media posts).
  
• Experience crafting personalized lesson plans that cater for various learner needs.
  
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in digital teaching tools.
