The Business Operations department is in charge of running the bank. We take care of Trade Republic's business process management and ensure that operations run smoothly. The alignment of our processes with the company's strategic goals, designing and implementing scaling process architectures as well as establishing efficient process measurement systems are at the core of our mission.
Our scope covers a broad range of banking as well as business operations topics beginning from Market Operations and Securities Services to Cash & Customer Operations and AFC Operations.
The mission of the AFC Manager at Trade Republic is to perform ongoing high-level AFC tasks and other ongoing reviews to meet our regulatory, payment network, and partnership requirements. We actively monitor to ensure the safety and soundness of the Trade Republic system and maintain a healthy, compliant user base.
Trade Republic is looking for an experienced professional ideally with an AFC/AML background to work within AFC Operations to own various management tasks and direct a small growing team of specialists. As the AFC Manager you own the operational process as well as be responsible for dealing with the complex cases and escalations utilising tools to assess and combat AFC/AML risk across the organisation.
