- Coordinate RI's Advocacy initiatives and develop and implement Country Advocacy and Communication strategy under supervision of the Country Director.
- Provide the SMT with strategic analysis on humanitarian and protection trends, understanding conflict dynamics and geopolitical factors that impact the delivering of humanitarian assistance.
- In coordination with Country Director, identify Advocacy and Communications opportunities (in country and capital level) and develop evidence-based position papers, briefing notes and program fact sheets, reflecting needs of the population and aligning with IHL and IHRL frameworks.
- Represent RI on specific fora and advocacy networks (Eg. WoS PAWG) within the broader humanitarian community (INGOs, UN, Donors and Diplomats) in close coordination with the Country Director.
- Work closely with Country Director to scope new partnerships and alliances to influence on key humanitarian issues at stake.
