1.1 Conduct Preparation Workshop (5 days)
In purpose to acheive the objective of this project, the consultant will be in charge to organize and conduct a Preparation Workshop over 5 days.
The participants, young women and men, will be selected based on their interest to join this process before the workshop.
During this workshop young women and men will be introduced to the networks, and their capacities will be developed around negotiation skills, how to do shadow reports, what it takes to participate in these networks and showing them examples from other countries for young women who are leading similar actions on behalf of their local communities.
1.2 After Workshop Support the 2 CBO
The consultant will be in charge to start the communication with the Mosawa Network and the CEDAW coalition, alongside the 2 partners CBOs. This activity targets 25 network members from women s networks across Jordan for solidarity support and policy engagement who will be part of the meetings in which the young women and men will participate.
