• Assisting Admin Team as and when needed;
• Front desk duties, answering phone, attending to guests, etc.;
• Ensure cleanliness of conference rooms and supplies are restocked as needed;
• Placing repair/maintenance requests for building issues and cleaning;
• Meal ordering and sometimes picking up food for hungry humans;
• Domestic and international shipments for HR and others if needed;
• Maintain meeting rooms, reorganize at the end of the day;
• Help with set up and take down of in-office events;
• Mail delivery to employees;
• Package delivery or notification to employees;
• Running errands for printing, etc.;
• Stocking the breakroom;
