We are seeking a detailoriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our organization by providing administrative and clerical assistance.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence redirecting as necessary.
Perform routine clerical duties including data entry telephones terminal office administration etc.
Inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
Maintain phone directories across Company.
Manage and provide support for office equipment and maintain necessary supplies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
