Job Description

  • Participate in arranging for POS machines purchasing and all technical preparations.
  • Participate in upgrading and improving existing products and develop new solutions.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of existing products and ensure they are running smoothly without any issues.
  • Engage with external stakeholders and vendors in the product development and implementation phases.
  • Creation of product programs, policies and procedures, process notes, SLAs, roles & responsibilities, and any other internal documentation.
  • Participate in setting standard pricing for all merchant acquiring business.
  • Ensure complying with governance framework, and regulatory requirements and arranging for all necessary approvals and licenses such as Central Bank of Jordan, schemes (Visa, Mastercard), etc.
  • Provide ideas, initiatives and any suggestions that are related to merchant acquiring business.
  • Monitor handling of client complaints if related and ensure proper and timely resolution.
  • Promote and present Capital Bank acquiring services to merchants, retailers, and other entities.
  • Maintain merchants’ relationships to ensure continual growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Participate in creating, developing, and implementing a business plan to grow the business.
  • Assist in increasing and maintaining, business opportunities with existing merchants.
  • Oversee products implementation and resolve issues or gaps in implementation.
