Job Title: PA/Assistant Accounts Manager
Job Type: Full Time (Permanent)
Location: Stratford E15 (Office based)
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our clients team as a PA/Assistant Accounts Manager. In this multifaceted role the candidate will play a critical part in supporting the director with their daytoday responsibilities.
PA Duties:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to the company director
- Manage diary and organise meetings and appointments
- Take notes at meetings and prepare the minutes
- Prepare reports presentations and documents as needed
- Handle and respond to correspondence including phone calls emails and letters
Accounts Duties:
- Process invoices
- Manage payroll
- Credit control
- Prepare review and analyse reports
- Data entry
- Tax compliance
- Liaise with third party providers clients and suppliers
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
- Equivalent work experience minimum 1 year
Essential:
- Experience as a PA or in Account in the property industry or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Good working knowledge of accounting procedures
- Experience using SAGE Accounts
- Experience in Payroll
- Understand Property and Development
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Skills and personal competence:
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm
