- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods policies and principles br Coordinate and complete annual audits br Provide recommendations br Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions br Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy br Meet financial accounting objectives br Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, previous experience as a group leader role is a plus• Advanced experience of computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including advanced knowledge of EXCEL and SAP• Proven ability to effectively work under pressure and within tight deadlines and high degree of flexibility• Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask• Strong written and verbal communication skills
