Accounting Manager

• Work closely and share with CFO Coolley the list of following duties to ensure that federal and state regulatory reports tax returns and thirdparty reports of Companys are completed timely. In the short term learn and observe holding company and bank operations.
  
• Perform accounting functions of Clients that include paying bills recording deposits recording transactions preparing journal entries and closing the general ledger on at least a quarterly basis.
  
• Prepare monthly and annual intercompany bills between Company and subsidiaries.
  
• Prepare reports required by the Federal Reserve Bank and ensuring the reports are filed timely.
  
• Prepare work papers for external auditors tax preparers and examiners and work closely with them to complete each project.
  
• Perform internal audits and assist in the preparation and review of Audit Tracking Reports.
  
• Prepare federal and state income tax estimates.
  
• Prepare the annual Vendor Management Review.
  
• Analyze the financial information for Companys and the banks.
  
• Prepare the budget for the Company
  
• Participate in risk management and compliance for the Company and the banks.
  
• Perform special projects as requested such as assisting in asset/liability management customer profitability and ratio analysis.
  
• Complete training is required by management.
  
• Complies with all policies and regulations.
  
• Any other duties as might be assigned to you.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 7 years of relevant experience
  
• Must have a CPA certification
  
• Must be organized analytical and detailoriented.
  
• We use Prologue FiServe and Quick books software.
  
• Must be extremely proficient in Excel and Word.
  
• CPA designation required
