We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading accounting teams managing accounting departments and implementing efficient financial systems. The Accounting Manager should possess strong bookkeeping skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to forecast financial trends.

How your day will look like:

• Set up and optimize financial systems for efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Spearhead the implementation of new accounting systems or enhancements.
  
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams for seamless system integration.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate financial forecasts for risk assessment.
  
• Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and improvement areas.
  
• Calculate profitability to provide insights into financial performance
  
• Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing accounting teams.
  
• Strong skills in setting up and optimizing financial systems.
  
• Indepth knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
  
• Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing accounting systems.
  
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic insights.
  
• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  
• Experience in UAE laws and taxes is a MUST
