Accounting Coordinator

Job Description

• Responsible for supervising all daily accounting operations and transactions.
• Ensuring no discrepancies between suppliers’ invoices and amounts supplied to the Company’s warehouses.
• Review and approve expenses and ensure they are aligned and complying with company’s financial terms and conditions.
• Preparing the monthly closing, Profit & Loss analysis, budget and the annual closing and generate any required reports to the Top Management.
• Monitoring all A/R & A/P daily transactions and operations and ensure that they are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle all tax affairs in terms of filing, submission, etc..
• Manage all petty cash accounts/transactions and file it.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the accounting field
• Excellent knowledge of taxes affairs
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Good English skills
• Punctual and detail-oriented
