Tasks

• Maintain Accurate Financial Records: Ensure precision in financial records including ledgers and journals.
• Reconcile Financial Statements: Handle bank statements accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
• Support Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
• Generate Financial Reports: Prepare financial reports for management review.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to accounting standards regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate in Audits: Work closely with auditors during internal and external audits.
• Expense Monitoring: Monitor and control expenses to align with budget constraints.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Tax Return Preparation: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software (Odoo experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
