- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Documenting financial transactions such as Sales invoices, Purchase invoices recording the account information in the ERP system
- Preparing payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
- Preparing Receipts for incoming funds and reconciling with receivables statement
- Following up outstanding invoices on daily basis
- Working with respective teams for customers and suppliers’ requests
- Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
