Account Specialist
Pocono Medical Center seeks an experienced Account Specialist
* Sell goods for wholesalers or manufacturers to businesses or groups
* Recommend products to customers based on customer needs and interests
* Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders
* Estimate or quote prices credit terms contract terms warranties delivery dates.
* Provide ongoing support after sales or contract is signed
* Prepare drawings estimates bids.
* Give customers product samples and catalogs
* Develop and managed accounts
* Identify prospective customers
* Attend trade shows and conferences
* Participate in key professional organizations and societies
* Arrange delivery and installation of products
* Work with delivery and merchandise personnel to ensure customer service is satisfactory
* Monitor market conditions
* Understand product innovations in design and manufacturing
* Promote and marketed new technologies
* Keep up to date on competitors products prices sales.
* Develop and maintained business relationships with customers
* Set and monitored personal sales objectives and goals
* Meet and exceeded monthly and yearly profitability goals
* Develop marketing strategies and campaigns
* Work with management and sales to help track execute and manage sales strategy
* Make recommendations based on tracking results
* Integrate and sold new products
* Know products appropriately
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills including telephone proficiency
* Plan prepared and presented effective sales presentations

* Report sales activity and an accurate sales forecast to management
* Plan understood and effectively presented entire product line
* Support all companies programs and policies
* Demonstrate ability to capture and close deals
* Develop and maintained an active prospect list
* Travel frequently and extensively including overnight travel
* Use occupational tools such as desktop computers laptops personal computers laser printers.
* Valid drivers license
* Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
* Use data base user interface and query software
* Use desktop publishing software
* Use electronic mail software
* Use internet browser software
* Experience in office suite software
