Account Manager Digital - Motorsport

As our future Account Manager Digital (m/f/d) with an enthusiasm for Motor Sports, you will be involved from the very beginning in building up and developing our Driving Experience for major automotive clients.

Tasks

• Working with and supporting the Digital Communication Team in the planning, organization, and implementation of various communication activities including the Hyundai Driving Experience events.
• Assist and support the entire project management such as control of all cooperation partners and suppliers, budget calculation, invoicing, controlling, and reporting
• Experience with CMS management and website content ideation: Preferably Shopify
• Weekly Sprint Planning with Dev-Team (Knowledge about the Agile Framework & Tools like Jira preferred)
• Handling website/system-related requests from the service team & event team
• Writing creative briefings material and leading briefing sessions
• Newsletter setup on Rapidmail (Tool)
• Monitoring and analyzing traffic data through Google Analytics & Shopify Analytics
• Understanding/ First experience with SEO and Email Marketing would be beneficial
• General financial and budget management and business administration

Requirements

• You have a degree in the field of marketing & communication or a comparable qualification
• General and Digital Marketing Experience
• Very good project and process management skills
• Ability to deliver under pressure
• Organizational talent and working fast and independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Strong service mentality and high-quality standards
• Fluent in German and English
• Good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to cope with complaints and think solution-oriented
• Willingness to travel for supporting/checking digital operations at the event site
• Genuinely collaborative and comfortable with working with culturally diverse teams daily
