- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales function within ATI or the IT sector in B2B.
- Experience in building client relationships at managerial level.
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven successful experience in business development and pipeline management.
- Experience in executing account development plans.
- Positive customer service experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent at organizing and multitasking.
- Strong Customer Support and interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills especially in French language.
- Mobility to African countries is a requirement.
