Academic Lead for Primary STEM

ICS is looking to appoint outstanding and aspirational Academic Lead for Primary STEM to join our talented, energetic, cohesive and friendly Primary Team from August 2022. As a class-based academic lead, you will be passionate about having an impact in embedding the best STEM practices of Primary and excited by the opportunity to build a region-leading STEM framework. Working closely with other leaders for Maths, Science and Technology, you will have outstanding skills in collaborating with other staff members, an understanding of how to inspire others and support the professional growth of colleagues.
You will be excited to help move the school forward through an embedded culture of self evaluation and review that ensures evidence-driven decisions are made within and by a team. As a leader, embracing #weareics , you should be optimistic and open-minded, collaborative and kind, and always curious about how your own practice and the practice of your team can better support each and every student, true to the school s vision statement and #thrive approach.
