- Product Ownership and Strategy:
- Take ownership of the internal Odoo ERP tool, defining and driving the product vision and strategy
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product enhancements
- Develop and communicate a roadmap that aligns with the company's business objectives
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product delivery
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value
- Agile Development and Iterative Delivery:
- Implement agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and efficient product development
- Break down product features into user stories, ensuring clear communication and understanding within the development team
- User Experience and Adoption:
- Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience in collaboration with the design team
- Develop strategies to ensure high user adoption rates and gather user feedback for continuous improvement
- Remote Team Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within remote teams
- Leverage tools and processes to ensure remote team members are aligned with the product goals and timelines
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Odoo ERP tool and regularly monitor product performance
- Implement optimization strategies based on data-driven insights to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
