5全面负责下属代表的日常管理协同拜访与辅导负责团队的费用预算管理与优化绩效目标设定与评估以及人才发展与能力建设打造高绩效高素质的团队

6严格遵守公司合规政策并辅导员工严格执行公司的合规政策

7完成公司和上级主管安排的其他工作任务

任职条件

1本科及以上学历医学或药学相关专业

22年以上地区经理工作经验肿瘤药肺癌乳腺癌背景优先

3了解区域内的药品相关法律法规对市场有较强的敏锐度并有较强的开发能力

4专业性强具有较强的抗压能力具有分析和解决问题的能力有较强的沟通与表达能力具有亲和力和领导力
