Grow Our Own (GO2) Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee
GO2 is our 12-month development program designed for recent graduates and early career individuals who are interested in starting a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship preparing you to transition into a full-time outside sales/account manager role in an assigned territory (Elko NV) with United Central Industrial Supply.
What You Will Do
Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship professional development and in-depth product training
Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions
Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-site
What You Will Need
Associate degree or technical training and 2 years of experience in a related field OR bachelors degree preferably in Industrial Distribution Engineering Supply Chain Sales or related field
Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment or individuals with mechanical interest/aptitude preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing friendly approachable to build relationships with peers and potential customers with a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment
What We Offer
This is a full-time paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.
