Job Summary

In partnership with our client we are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead revenue growth at a fast-growing financial automation company building the infrastructure layer that powers financial control across Africa. You will own enterprise deals activate your network across banks and fintechs and personally close the high-value opportunities that matter most. This is a role for someone who is deeply connected in the Nigerian financial services space thrives in complex sales environments and finds genuine energy in turning relationships into revenue. Who are we looking for
  • You are an enterprise sales professional with at least 6 years of experience selling into banks fintechs payment companies or financial services institutions and you have the closed deals to prove it.
  • You are deeply networked across the Nigerian financial services ecosystem with active relationships at decision-maker level. You can pick up the phone and get a meeting.
  • You are a domain expert who understands payment systems settlement reconciliation and the real operational pain points inside banks and fintechs.
  • You are a confident closer who can navigate multi-stakeholder deals long procurement cycles and commercial negotiations without losing momentum.
  • You are commercially sharp able to translate complex technical products into business value that resonates with CFOs Heads of Finance and Operations leaders.
  • You are highly disciplined and accountable managing your pipeline with rigour and taking full ownership of your revenue targets.
  • You are a strategic thinker who brings market intelligence back into the business and contributes to product and go-to-market decisions.
Your Responsibilities
Enterprise Revenue Growth
  • You will own end-to-end sales for large enterprise accounts across banks insurers fintechs and microfinance banks driving consistent pipeline growth and revenue delivery.
  • You will build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities moving deals from first contact through to pilot and full deployment.
  • You will personally close high-value multi-stakeholder deals and set the standard for what excellent enterprise sales execution looks like.
Complex Product Sales
  • You will position the companys reconciliation and financial automation products to CFOs Heads of Finance IT and Operations leaders making the business case clearly and compellingly.
  • You will lead product demonstrations proposals and commercial negotiations tailored to the specific context of each institution.
  • You will translate technical capabilities into tangible outcomes including cost savings risk reduction and efficiency gains in a way that creates urgency and drives decisions.
Network Activation
  • You will activate existing relationships across commercial banks payment fintechs microfinance banks mortgage banks insurance companies and HMOs to generate pipeline and access decision-makers quickly.
  • You will open doors that would otherwise take months to access using your network to compress timelines and accelerate commercial momentum.
Sales Cycle Management
  • You will manage long complex sales cycles involving procurement compliance and stakeholder alignment across technical finance and executive teams.
  • You will keep deals moving with discipline and persistence pushing opportunities from interest to pilot to full deployment without losing momentum.
Product and Strategy Influence
  • You will bring structured market feedback back to the product and leadership teams contributing to roadmap decisions and competitive positioning.
What Success looks like
  • Consistent achievement and outperformance of quarterly revenue targets across a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • A healthy and growing pipeline of qualified opportunities that convert at a strong rate across banks fintechs and financial institutions.
  • High-value deals closed with major financial institutions driven by network activation and full-cycle sales ownership.
  • Market feedback that actively shapes product direction and strengthens the companys positioning in the financial services space.
To be considered for this role you should have
  • A minimum of 6 years in enterprise sales preferably within fintech banking payments infrastructure or financial SaaS.
  • A proven and verifiable track record of closing large complex multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutions.
  • Strong active relationships with decision-makers across Nigerian banks payment companies and the financial services ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of payment systems reconciliation and the operational realities inside banks and fintechs.
  • Exceptional commercial negotiation and deal-closing skills with experience selling to C-level executives.
  • A structured disciplined approach to pipeline management with high personal accountability.
