Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:
Managing a diverse portfolio of security services including Cloud & Email Security (Mimecast) Valimail DMARC Microsoft Defender (XDR) and Microsoft Purview (DLP IRM).
Overseeing a security services budget exceeding 5 million DKK including anchor budget realisation license control and strategic investment planning
Leading vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure competitive service delivery while maintaining compliance with Novo Nordisk standards
Driving proof of concept initiatives and medium-to-large scale implementation projects that enhance our security capabilities
Collaborating with global stakeholders across India Denmark and the US to align security services with evolving business needs
Defining service strategy roadmaps and risk management in partnership with security architects Information Security teams and business leaders
Managing incident change problem and release processes while ensuring compliance documentation meets QMS and regulatory requirements

This dynamic and fast-paced team implements manages and maintains security technologies across endpoint cloud and network environments. Acting as the operational backbone to the Security Operations Centre (SOC) we actively tune and update security tools to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities. With a collaborative atmosphere and global presence you'll work alongside the Global Security Organisation to enhance Novo Nordisk's security posture and support business continuity.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an experienced IT security professional who thrives in a global fast-paced environment and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on service management. You'll bring with you:
12 years of IT experience covering roles such as Security Consultant Project Management (PMO) Service Manager with strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile frameworks
5-8 years of experience working with GxP requirements validation and compliance in regulated environments
Deep expertise in ITIL Incident Problem and Change Management processes with proven ability to implement and optimize these frameworks
Strong technical knowledge of security technologies including Identity & Access Management Cloud Security Email Security platforms Microsoft Defender ecosystem DLP/IRM solutions and vulnerability management tools
Experience leading large-scale cross-geographical projects and managing vendor relationships including contract negotiations and SLA management
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering Computer Science Economics Business Administration or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and present complex security solutions to stakeholders at all organizational levels
