Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer with strong expertise in designing developing and implementing Field Service solutions on the Salesforce platform. The candidate should have hands-on experience in FSL configuration customization integrations and Lightning component development.

• Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

• Configure and customize FSL modules including Service Appointments Work Orders Service Territories Scheduling Policies and Dispatch Console.

• Develop Lightning Components Apex Classes Triggers Visualforce Pages and Flows as per business requirements.

• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Work closely with business stakeholders functional consultants and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution design.

• Perform deployments testing debugging and production support activities.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices coding standards and security guidelines.

• Support enhancements and maintenance activities for existing Salesforce implementations.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

• Expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components SOQL SOSL and Triggers.

• Experience in configuration of Work Orders Service Appointments Scheduling Dispatcher Console and Mobile App.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and platform capabilities.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Good understanding of Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Salesforce FSL Certification or Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Service Cloud.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.

• Exposure to DevOps and version control tools like Git.
