Job Tilte: HR Executive
Experience Required: 4 Years
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Managing employee attendance leave records payroll inputs and employee documentation through HRMS/Payroll software. Coordinating statutory compliance activities including PF ESIC PT and labour law-related work.
- Preparing appointment letters confirmation letters increment letters warning letters and other HR-related documents.
- Maintaining employee files HR records and MIS reports.
- Managing employee engagement activities training coordination and performance review processes.
- Handling employee grievances and supporting disciplinary processes as per company policy.
- Coordinating full and final settlement exit formalities and relieving documentation.
- Supporting policy implementation and ensuring smooth HR operations across departments.
- Assisting in vendor coordination consultancy communication and HR audit requirements.
- Maintaining confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Recruitment and employee handling experience
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
