Job Summary

Job Tilte: HR Executive

Experience Required: 4 Years

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
  2. Managing employee attendance leave records payroll inputs and employee documentation through HRMS/Payroll software. Coordinating statutory compliance activities including PF ESIC PT and labour law-related work.
  3. Preparing appointment letters confirmation letters increment letters warning letters and other HR-related documents.
  4. Maintaining employee files HR records and MIS reports.
  5. Managing employee engagement activities training coordination and performance review processes.
  6. Handling employee grievances and supporting disciplinary processes as per company policy.
  7. Coordinating full and final settlement exit formalities and relieving documentation.
  8. Supporting policy implementation and ensuring smooth HR operations across departments.
  9. Assisting in vendor coordination consultancy communication and HR audit requirements.
  10. Maintaining confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recruitment and employee handling experience
  • Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliances
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation
  • Good coordination and problem-solving skills
