HR Senior Manager ES- Talent Operations
Job Summary
The role description is to be able support functioning of Talent Operations. Preferably 1015 years of progressive HR experience with significant understanding and exposure of HR operations compliance and employee relation.
Strong background in HR governance and audits. Experience managing diverse HR teams and stakeholder management. Strong judgment discretion and integrity. Operational rigor with a strategic mindset. Strong automation mindset with the ability to drive BPR HRIS optimization and GenAIled solutions to enhance scale efficiency accuracy and employee experience
